If you are a participant without a meta-number and no special function

  • Get yourself a costume, and possibly a hairdo and makeup

  • Speak to your in-game relations in advance to decide how you want to play on the contact in the larp.
These are your personal contacts, the members of your core group, and the members of your social circles.

  • Show up at the pre-larp work on time (workshop starts 9:00 on the same day)

If you have been assigned a musical meta-number slot

  • Select a song to perform as your musical meta-number (you will get an organiser contact to help you with this)

  • Practice your song in advance! You will need to know it very well.

  • If possible: practice how you want others to help you perform your meta-number (you will get some tips on how to do this as well).

If your role is responsible for organising a social circle

  • Make sure to establish contact with all other members of the circle before the larp, to decide how
you want to play on your contact. This can be done by creating a facebook group, or a mailing list,
or have a Skype meeting, or meeting IRL. Note that a social circle may be more important for some characters than for others, so don’t worry if some players don’t want to play on the social circle contacts.

If you are part of the stage group that sings and dances on stage several times during the larp

  • You need to be present in Stockholm during April and May to practice the joint song and dance numbers. The rehearsals will primarily take place at Studiefrämjandet by Odenplan. Planned rehearsals are the evenings of the 18/4, 25/4, 9/5, 16/5, 23/5 and 30/5. Most numbers can be rehearsed without the full crew present, why you may be absent from one or two rehearsals.

  • There will be some simple costume requirements for the stage group, to present a joint impression

If you are part of the core group ‘staff’

  • You are expected to help out during the larp as well as decorate the venue before the starts.
    (These roles are casted separately.)
